2015-16 Fall-Winter Ready-to-Wear Show Makeup CHANEL

Want to nail the designer beauty look for Autumn-Winter 2015-16? Luckily fashion houses Chanel and Dior have given us a glimpse of what exactly went down backstage at the shows so that you can recreate the look at home.
At Chanel, the look was elegant and cinematic, with flawless skin prepped by the brand's "Hydra Beauty" range. The main focus was on the eyes, which were either bold and feline or bold and masculine. The tones, the bronze palette "Entrelacs" and the deep blue palette "Midnight" -- available this summer -- were used on the lids, while the brand's "Le Volume Ultra-Noir de Chanel" mascara in "Noir Khol3 (N°90) opened the eyes right up. Lips were kept sweet and pale, with a slick of "Rouge Allure" in "Séduisante" (N°91) and the Spring 2015 collection's lip crayon in "Rose" creating an angelic tint. Meanwhile nails were neutral, painted in "Precious Beige" (N°661) and "Beige Rose" (N°655) from the Beiges Collection, available starting June 1.
At the Dior Show, makeup artist Peter Philips complemented the house's graphic, animal print-inspired collection with five colors from the brand's Automne Cosmopolite beauty collection launching in the fall. As he explains in a video, Philips applied the rich eye colors, ranging from plums to metallic blues, wet for a deeper intensity. Lash maximizer was used in conjunction with three coats of mascara for a false lash effect, emphasized by Dior Pro Liner.
